David English – Master Wedge Cutter
David lives in the older part of town, which is located in the heart of Waterford City. His passion and dedication to the craft of hand-cutting fine crystal began in 1972 when he had just turned fifteen years of age.
Because of his natural ability and flair for creativity demonstrated during his apprenticeship, David was chosen to work closely with the Design Department in researching and developing new product designs.
He relishes the design element of creating high-end prestige crystal pieces such as large centerpieces and trophies since they are designed to test and exhibit the skills of Crystal Master Cutters.
David is committed to maintaining the age-old craft of hand-cutting crystal in Waterford City, Ireland and looks forward to many more years exhibiting his superior craftsmanship with Cashs Crystal.
