The merchandise ordered was received today by
the recipient. Thought I should mention
that great comment was made regarding the
exceptional way the pitcher was wrapped to be
sure it was protected. I was concerned about the
packing as this was a glass item. I now
know that with your Company there is no need for

I just wanted to let you know how highly I think
of your company. My husband and I were recently
married, and needed to exchange some of our
Waterford Lismore short stems for long stems.
Unfortunately, we had to deal with Dillards, who
wanted to charge us double for the long stems!!
Their customer service was so appalling, we left
the store swearing to never spend another cent
there again. We are so grateful that Crystal
Classics is available on the Internet, and that
we were able to find exactly what we wanted at
the perfect price. In addition to great prices,
your customer service is outstanding, with
follow-up e-mails to let me know exactly when to
expect my shipment. As a result, we are planning
to purchase the rest of our stemware from your
company, and have already bought wedding gifts
for two of our friends from your
