We received the second vase in very good time

wanted to take a minute to write this email in
praise of one of your employees, Rochelle.
Having worked in customer service myself as a
Windows NT Administrator for a large webhosting
company, I am used to getting emails with
requests for assistance. It's hard to find
people when asking for assitance who will take
responsibility for a problem and get back to you
in a reasonable timeframe. Rochelle certainly
did that, and was very nice in the process, and
I wanted to take a moment to write you and make
sure you knew how much customers really
appreciated that. Thanks for your company's, and
specifically Rochelle's, commitment to quality

wine goblets at the last minute. Not only were
they not broken or even scratched, they were
also wrapped for free. They also made it on

I have to admit that I am a bit skeptical and
was a little worried since I just found you on
the web and knew nothing about your company. My
worries have been put to rest! I have you
bookmarked and will look forward to doing

two Marquis by Waterford "Hanover Platinum"
Champange Flutes and had them engraved for my
niece's wedding. I received them yesterday and
they were absolutely gorgeous! I gave them to my
niece last night and she was thrilled. She and
her fiancee will use them for their wedding
toasts on June 10th and she said they would use
them on their anniversaries as well. Thank you
so much for helping me give my special niece a
very special gift that she will remember always.

Thank you for making your site so easy to use,
and offering such complete customer service! I
had ordered this particular item, unfortunately
from another site, on Dec. 10 for a Christmas
gift to my son and daughter in law. I did not
know of your site, I certainly regret that! I
learned on Christmas Day that my son had not
received their gift. I then learned, after much
run around, that it was delayed by the other
site on the Monday after Christmas. They assured
me it was "being processed". On Dec. 31, I
learned that they no longer offered the item.
Needless to say, I was embarrassed, and my son
and daughter in law disappointed that they did
not have their special Millenium gift for New
Year's Eve to use, as I have been adding to
their collection with the Waterford flutes and
they were having a dinner party. I found your
site this morning, and thank you for the ease of

Although I have not received my order yet, as it
just shipped a couple of days ago, I wanted to
commend you on your excellent service. The kind
of service you provide is what makes customers
want to do business with you again. You have
"gone the extra mile" in more way than one. You
were courteous and helpful when you took your
time to actually call me and help me decide on
engraving. The gentleman on the phone was also
very patient as I changed and re-changed my
mind. You shipped my order out promptly and even
followed up with an email message stating when
it shipped, including the tracking number. In
this day and age when it seems that customer
"service" is practically nonexistent, I am
grateful that I found your company and I look
forward to doing business with you in the

in Ohio that you have a fantastic web site. The
best on the Internet. Your collections of
Orrefors & Kosta Boda far succeed any thing
found in Okla. City. In fact if you could see
how Dillards displays their Orrefors & one
lonely piece of Boda, you'd probably have a
major heart attack. (in a glass cabinet w/3
inches of dust). Anyway, your service is also
