- Swarovski
has a two year warranty on
jewelry!
- Swarovski
guarantees for the entire range of branded
products purchased from authorised Swarovski
retailers a global and full warranty covering
manufacturing and material defects under normal
use for a period of two years, beginning with
the date of purchase. The warranty does not
cover damage caused by accident or maltreatment.
All warranted defects will be either repaired
pending feasibility and availability of
replacement parts, or replaced or substituted
with a piece of adequate value as determined by
Swarovski. * In case of substitution, it cannot
be guaranteed that you will receive the same
model, but a piece with equivalent value. The
warranty applies to current articles as well as
retired articles. This warranty service is free
of charge for customers and authorised Swarovski
retailers. Providing this service also includes
local service for articles purchased by
consumers from the international market.
Consumers and authorised Swarovski retailers are
asked to ship warranty claims in the original
packaging and in a way which can be traced and
should be advised to insure the article as
Swarovski cannot be held liable for damage, loss
or theft occurring during transport. *
Substitution is not valid in the case of SCS
Annual Editions.
- Repairing

- For
repair of pieces under warranty, please contact
the Swarovski Repair Center at 1-800-289-4900
within the first year of your purchase. A copy
of the dated sales receipt will be required by
Swarovski in order to process the repair.
- For
the entire range of branded products purchased
from authorized Swarovski retailers, Swarovski
guarantees a repair, replacement, or
substitution (this applies to jewelry only) for
damages not covered under the terms of the
Swarovski warranty policy. In the case of
substitution (for jewelry only), it cannot be
guaranteed that you will receive the same model,
but you may instead receive a piece of
equivalent value as determined by Swarovski. All
current articles are guaranteed a full repair
service. For older articles this service is
offered if the repair is feasible and if
replacement parts are available. This repair
service is offered by Swarovski upon request and
is not free of charge. Repair charges will be
based on the extent of damage and will be
determined individually. Please insure the
article, as Swarovski cannot be held liable for
damage occurring during transport. If the piece
can be repaired, you will be informed of the
cost beforehand; if it is irreparable, you will
be informed and asked whether it should be
returned. Allow 3-4 weeks for repair and
return.
