A stream of molten glass is hand-poured into the mould to cast the plate. The decorative objects in the three different plates - the bottles and the glass - are heated up separately and then placed in the molten glass. The color is sprinkled on by hand before the plate is places in an annealing oven to cool down slowly to room temperature, which prevents the glass from cracking.
