The long handle makes it suitable for grill and brushing at high temperatures. The silicone hairs are firmly cast in the handle to prevent them from getting into food. Withstands temperatures of 450 degrees F. Also suitable as a baking brush.
When washed in the dishwasher, the brush should be placed on the side to ensure complete cleaning.
