With its short handle, the brush is suited for use in an oven and when baking. The silicone hairs are firmly cast in the handle to prevent them from getting into food. The flat top allows the brush to be placed with hairs pointing upwards. A small indentation in the handle prevents oil or similar from running down the handle, but keeps it in the brush.
When washed in a dishwasher, the brush should be placed on the side to ensure complete cleaning. |
