The Peoples Princess shows Diana at the height of elegance as she attended the Cannes Film Festival in 1987. She wears a powder blue, strapless bandeau chiffon dress with matching scarf, designed by one of Dianas favorite designers, Catherine Walker. Neil has styled the figurine with matching clutch bag and shoes, and Diana, Princess of Wales wears stunning jewelry, pendant earrings and an intricate bracelet chosen to complement her sapphire engagement ring.
